Through Jaagte Raho, meaning Stay Woke, Rewire Community showcased members and leaders of our diverse community who are taking a stand for social justice, environmental advocacy, speaking to and addressing issues that impact the health of our communities, and bringing ripples of change from grassroots upwards through their words and work.
